Volunteers - the backbone of the Race!

Volunteers play an enormous role at the Aktion Pink Frankfurt Race for Survival. Without their many helping hands it would not be possible to get such an event off the ground.

We welcome all volunteers-old and new!  We need your invaluable help again this year  to make the Aktion Pink Race for Survival 2016 a success. Your support enables us to do our work and fulfil our promise: To eradicate breast cancer as a life-threatening disease by funding research and supporting education, screening, community treatment and outreach projects.

The 11th annual Bürgerhospital cake sale at the Aktion Pink Race for Survival

The coffee and cake stand organized by the Frankfurt Bürgerhospital has become a mainstay at the Frankfurt Race.

There is a huge selection of cakes baked by the employees of the Bürgerhospital and Aktion Pink helpers, as well as freshly brewed coffee and tea. The funds raised go directly to Aktion Pink Deutschland outreach projects.

Feel like baking for a good cause? We'll gladly take your goodies for the Aktion Pink -Bürgerhospital bake sale on September 25^th!

Don't forget: We get together every first Thursday of the month (unless it is a holiday, then the 2^nd Thursday) at our Stammtisch (which means "main-table") at the Café Metropol, Weckmarkt 13-15 in Frankfurt.  Everyone is welcome!
